Each week I share favorite recipes to help you plan meals with less stress. Click any recipe title or photo for the full instructions and ingredients.
A quick look at our weekly structure:
Mondays are soup and salad nights.
Tuesdays feature Mexican-inspired meals.
Wednesdays bring flavors from Italy.
Thursdays are dedicated to sandwiches, burgers, and wraps.
Fridays are a no-cook evening—time to get out and enjoy a night off.
Saturdays are for trying something different: seafood, Indian, Thai, or other global dishes.
Sundays are classic family dinners—think meat and potatoes.
Each plan also includes a couple of dessert or drink ideas you can use any day. A new weekly menu plan is posted every Friday morning, so check back often!
