This is one of my favorite fruit salad recipes. It turned out amazing — my kids loved it, and I make it often now.

Although the salad is simple, the dressing is what makes it special. It yields quite a bit for six people, and I often save some of the extra dressing to drizzle over waffles the next morning. I would definitely make this again.

SERVING: 6 | SERVING SIZE: 1 | 3 PERSONALPOINTS PER SERVING
WHAT INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS FRUIT SALAD:
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in its own juice (do not drain the juice).
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained.
1 bunch (¾ lb) purple grapes, halved.
3 bananas, peeled and sliced.
1 package (16 oz) blackberries.
1 small box vanilla instant pudding.
HOW TO MAKE THIS FRUIT SALAD:
Step 1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple chunks with their juice, the mandarin oranges, and the vanilla instant pudding.

Step 2. Stir well to blend the pudding and fruit juice into a smooth dressing.

Step 3. Gently fold in the grapes, banana slices, and blackberries so the fruit remains intact.

Step 4. Refrigerate the bowl to chill the salad before serving. Chilling helps the flavors meld and keeps the fruit firm.

Enjoy!
