Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower (about 1.5 lbs./680g), cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil , or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sea salt , or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper , or to taste

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Add about half of the seasoning (olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) to the cauliflower and toss. Add the remaining seasoning and toss again — seasoning in stages helps coat the florets evenly. Continue tossing until the cauliflower has absorbed the marinade and no liquid pools in the bowl.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly in the air fryer basket.

Air-fry at 360°F (180°C) for 12–18 minutes, shaking or turning gently halfway through. Cook until the cauliflower reaches your preferred tenderness and is nicely browned.
