Creamy Slow Cooker Cheesy Corn is rich, creamy, cheesy and unbelievably easy to make with just a few ingredients. It’s the perfect side dish for any occasion.
Corn doesn’t have to be plain—elevate it to something amazing this season. Everyone will love this recipe.
I love making side dishes in the slow cooker, especially comforting ones like this. I’m a huge fan of anything with corn—this is the ultimate side dish you’ll make again and again.
This has become my favorite side for many meals — it’s especially delicious with grilled rib-eye, chicken, or pork.
What makes it better is how simple it is: just add everything to the slow cooker, stir, and cook—no prep work required.
During the holidays this always appears on my menu because it complements potatoes, vegetables and meats perfectly.

This side is a huge hit whenever I serve it or bring it to gatherings. It’s versatile — great on its own or with add-ins like bacon or broccoli. Leftovers are excellent in casseroles with ham, turkey, and assorted vegetables.
This slow cooker cheesy corn is budget-friendly and ideal for BBQs, potlucks, and family get-togethers. It’s an affordable way to serve something that tastes decadent while staying easy on the wallet.
