- 150 grams tahini paste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup water (or more for a thinner consistency)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic, and water in a bowl or the jug of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Check the flavor and texture. The dip should be creamy and runny enough to drop easily from a spoon.

If the flavor needs more brightness, add more lemon juice. Note that lemon will also thicken the mixture slightly.
