  • 1 small head cauliflower (about 1.5 lbs./680g), cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil , or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sea salt , or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper , or to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

  • Add about half of the seasoning (olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) to the cauliflower and toss. Add the remaining seasoning and toss again — seasoning in stages helps coat the florets evenly. Continue tossing until the cauliflower has absorbed the marinade and no liquid pools in the bowl.
