Pineapple BBQ Bacon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 pkg bacon, uncooked
  • 1 bottle favorite BBQ sauce
  • toothpicks, soaked in water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut each slice of uncooked bacon into three equal pieces. The number of pieces you cut will determine how many bites you make.
  • Drain the pineapple slices and cut each slice into quarters.
  • Wrap a bacon piece around each pineapple quarter and secure it with a soaked toothpick. Arrange the wrapped bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them so air can circulate. Brush each bite with a generous amount of your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized. Transfer to a platter and serve warm as a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
