Happy Friday, friends! I hope your week treated you well. Mine flew by as usual. I’m excited that March is here and spring is just around the corner.
I’m loving many dishes on this week’s menu. The green chili turkey & white bean tacos are fantastic—the filling is versatile and works for tacos or other meals, so they’re worth making. The sheet pan chicken pot pie is pure comfort food and perfect when you want something cozy and satisfying.
If you’re in the mood to bake cookies (I find myself tempted every day!), the caramel stuffed chocolate chip cookies are exceptional. They’ll impress anyone who tries them and are a delightful treat to keep on hand.
