  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Pinch of Salt

instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  • Combine the melted chocolate, ripe avocado flesh, creamy peanut butter, coconut oil, agave nectar, almond milk, and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor. Puree until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the pudding into serving dishes, cover tightly, and chill for at least 3 hours to set and develop flavor.
